Please Note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. We can only do our best to match your colors as closely as possible.

Awards/Acrylic Pre Production Proof: $45.00 (G) plus cost of product, all setups and personalization charges. If revisions are made to pre-production proofs, a new pre-production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply. Production Time: 5-6 days, depending on complexity of design.
Speculative Samples: $80.00(G) per item. Plus Setup Charge of $60.00(G) per color and/or imprint methods, first column cost of the item, and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Production Time: All speculative samples are custom made by hand and require 10-15 Days to produce.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned
Blank Production Time: Same as Imprinted. Refer to General Information "Blank Orders" for pricing on blanks awards.
NOTE REGARDING ACRYLIC AWARDS: All acrylic awards are Hand sanded and polished after cutting to size. Overall measurements will vary piece to piece depending on the amount of polishing required on each side. All finished parts may have slightly different measurements when completed.
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Thin lines and small text are not recommended due to lose of detail and legibility. In 4-color process / Photoimage full color printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. Repeat order color matching cannot be guaranteed.
