Crystal has a bachelor of fine arts degree in illustration from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD) and an associate of arts degree in digital media from the College of Central Florida. She lives in Florida with her husband, four daughters, and two dogs. Her top goals are to continue learning new things, have fun, enjoy life, and never stop creating art. Her favorite product is the Moleskine® Pocket Notebook.

Carissa has an Associate’s degree from Santa Fe Community College (Gainesville, FL) in English. She's been TY Ink's 'go-to' gal since 2020. She's a Florida native; however, she has been surviving the Ohio weather for over 10 years now. Carissa has 2 teenagers, a cat and 2 guinea pigs. Carissa's loves our Water Bottle Stickers.

Robin has a bachelor’s in business management with a minor in marketing from Indiana University. Her background is in corporate gifts as she owned her own corporate gift company. After leaving fundraising to be a stay at home mom, Rachel loves to use her higher education knowledge to help other schools find the perfect marketing and recruitment products.
